Digital Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery & Timeframes

All products sold on PrimeAssetVault (including software frameworks, engineering schematics, UI infrastructure systems, and digital blueprints) are delivered 100% electronically. No physical goods or packages are shipped.

Upon successful payment authorization by our certified payment processors, digital delivery occurs immediately (within 0 to 60 seconds).

2. Delivery Channels

Delivery is provided concurrently across two automated channels:

• Instant On-Screen Provisioning: Following payment, the browser is instantly redirected to your order fulfillment receipt (/orders/[id]) containing direct file download links and cryptographic license tokens.
• Encrypted Email Dispatch: An automated digital delivery receipt containing your unique transaction reference, license keys, and direct re-download links is simultaneously dispatched to the billing email address provided during checkout.

3. Re-Download Rights & Lifetime Access

Purchasers maintain perpetual access to acquired digital assets. You may re-download your files at any time by signing into your PrimeAssetVault client dashboard (/account) or by entering your Order Reference and Email on our publicOrder Lookup Portal.

4. Non-Receipt & Technical Troubleshooting

In rare instances where email delivery is delayed due to ISP spam filters or network latency, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from support@primeassetvault.store.

If your delivery email has not arrived within 5 minutes of checkout, you can immediately access your purchase using the Order Lookup tool or contact our 24/7 technical dispatch team at support@primeassetvault.store.
