2. Digital Products & Licensing (B2B & B2C)

PrimeAssetVault serves both direct consumers (B2C: independent creators, software engineers, designers) and commercial clients (B2B: corporate IT teams, digital agencies, enterprise startups). We offer three structured licensing tiers:

• Individual / B2C License: Grants a non-exclusive license for personal projects, solo freelance workflows, and educational use.
• Commercial / Agency License: Permits deployment across client deliverables, multi-project workflows, and agency design sprints.
• Enterprise Unlimited / Volume Seat Licensing: Designed for corporate teams requiring multi-seat deployments, dedicated support, and automated programmatic API entitlement.

3. Payment Processing & Security

Payments on PrimeAssetVault are handled via authorized global payment gateways and Merchant of Record partners. All credit card details and payment information are encrypted end-to-end via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our servers.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or lease the digital products purchased from our marketplace. Unauthorized use of our assets may result in the termination of your license and legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrimeAssetVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
